The Drexel Men’s Basketball team will have two of its games aired live on the CBS Sports Network this upcoming season. The games are part of a 16-game Colonial Athletic Association schedule on the network. There will be 11 conference matchups, two non-league home dates against high-profile opponents, and the CAA Championship semifinals and final will be available to a national television audience.
Drexel begins defense of its CAA title on Dec. 29 against the College of Charleston in one of the televised games. The Dragons host Towson on Jan. 3 in the other Drexel game which can be seen on the CBS Sports Network.
The CAA’s games on CBS Sports Network this season begin on Tuesday, Nov. 16, when Charleston welcomes North Carolina to TD Arena. The meeting between the Cougars and Tar Heels is one of two CAA games against ACC opponents to be televised on the network, as James Madison will get a visit from Virginia on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
