A recently shared piece of concept art for Spider-Man: No Way Home shows the film’s three Spider-Men stood united on top of the Statue of Liberty. The third film in Jon Watt’s MCU Spider-Man trilogy saw Tom Holland’s Peter Parker join forces with previous cinematic Spider-Men Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. The film also saw Willem Defoe, Alfred Molina, Jamie Foxx, Thomas Hayden Church, and Rhys Ifans reprise their villain roles.
After losing Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) to Norman Osborn/Green Goblin’s (Defoe) betrayal, Holland’s Peter Parker is brought back from despair by Maguire and Garfield’s respective Peters, with the help of MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon). Recommitting himself to saving the villains from their deaths in their own universes, Holland and his fellow Spider-Men lay a trap at a newly remodeled statue of liberty. Following the release of concept art depicting Holland’s encounter with Electro (Foxx) and Sandman (Church), a new piece depicting the tree Spider-Men preparing for the final battle.
